Our green credentials.
We use low energy light bulbs where possible, have glass, card and battery recycling, and try only to use environmentally friendly cleaning products and paper from renewable sources. Our garden waste goes to the local farm to rot down. We are constantly looking to improve the way we use the world's resources. Solar panels have been installed to help heat our swimming pool.
We have recently improved our recycling so that we also recycle all of our cans, paper and all recyclable plastics, the addition of more low energy lighting installed in the leisure club and also rain water harvesting.
Self catering Come and relax in our self catering accommodation, they are ideal for holidays or short breaks and also for business people who want a place of their own instead of hotel bedrooms or bed and breakfast lounges. Longer stays at favourable rates.
Sorry we do not take work crews.

Q. How long is the caravan park open?
A. The park is open from 1st March to 2nd January.
Q. What price do the used caravans start from?
A. Used caravan holiday homes start from £5000 - £20000 with new caravans starting
from £20,000
Q. Is finance available?
A. Yes finance is available subject to status.
Q. How much is the pitch fee for 2012
A. The 2012 pitch fee for ten foot wide £1940 & Twelve foot wide caravans £2190 Prices inclusive of VAT.
Q. What is included in the pitch fee?
A. Rates, Water, Sewerage and fee to station caravan holiday home on plot.
Q. What warranty do I get when I purchase a caravan?
A. Twelve months warranty is given with all new purchases and 90 days warranty
with a used purchase. Extended five year warranties are also available.
Q. What maintenance is required on a holiday home?
A. You will need to clear out the leaves from the gutters, Clean the exterior, close the
caravan down in the winter draining the water system (this can be done for you and
then recommissioned in the spring giving the gas system its annual safety
inspection by a "gas safe" engineer).
Q. We live abroad, who will look after our caravan while we are away?
A. We will do as little or as much as you like to make owning a holiday home at the
park restfull and trouble free with our care packages built to suit your needs.
Q. Is residential use of holiday homes allowed?
A. Residential use of holiday homes is not allowed.
Q. Is subletting allowed?
A. No but close family may use your holiday home.
Q. Do you allow dogs?
A. Yes, dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised
off the park and all mess cleaned up. Dogs must not be a nuisance to others.
Regretfully pets are not allowed in the self catering accommodation.
Q. Do you allow tents & touring caravans?
A. Sorry it is a static caravan holiday park tents and touring caravans are not permitted.
Q. When is the leisure club open?
A. The leisure club is open weekends and Bank holidays from mid March to November.
Q. Is smoking allowed in the leisure club?
A. Smoking is not allowed in any park building, there is a small covered area
outside the Leisure club for smokers.
Q. Where do we buy spares and accessories?
A. Steps and stores are generally included with your caravan but are available to be
supplied separately along with gas store, gas cylinders, regulators etc. wilth other
items available by order. You can of course buy accessories from your own supplier
as long as external fittings are inkeeping with the park or we will direct you to parts
suppliers.
Q. Where is the closest shop for groceries etc?
A. Brewood Village has a number of shops for your needs, restaurants and take away.
Q. Is the self catering accommodation available for hire all year round?
A. Yes.
Q. Is smoking allowed in the self catering accommodation?
A. Sorry smoking is not allowed for the comfort of future guests.
